Thank you for choosing store. Our current dispatch time is up to 5-7 working days excluding Royal mail delivery times, Our dispatch days are every Friday & Saturday. We appreciate your patience as we prepare, pack, and ship your order. If you haven't received a dispatch email after this period, feel free to reach out for an update on your order. Please note that this time-frame does not include any Bank Holidays or Annual Leave.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Please note that if you receive a damaged parcel, it is important to inform us within 3 working days of receiving it. We will then contact Royal Mail to make a claim against them for the damage. We appreciate your understanding that this is out of our hands during transit and we require time to deal with the issue with Royal Mail. Let me know if you need any further assistance. If you would like a replacement this will only be actioned once we have received the damaged goods back.
